Now days it would be a hands to the face (hitting the quarterback in the head) penalty (15 yds) which is a little better than the incompletion I think. The Raiders appeared to be dominating to this point of the game. In the 4th quarter, Raiders' cornerback Charles Woodson tackled Patriots' quarterback Tom Brady, causing what initially appeared to be a fumble that was recovered by Raiders' linebacker Greg Biekert. Many feel it was a controversial play that allowed New England to move on, win their first Super Bowl and set the tone for all that have accomplished since. My problem being they didn't even enforce it right against us, Brady has completed his pass motion, he is not in the middle of it.
